The aim of the INFN workshop is to discuss the developments in X-ray detection and their impact on various scientific fields: exotic atoms measurements, quantum physics studies, XRF, XES, EXAFS, plasma emission spectroscopy, monochromators, synchrotron radiation, telescopes and space engineering.
